Sometime we grow up carrying traumas that are not really ours. Many of our emotional struggles are influenced by the environment, TV series, media, or people around us.

In this video, Teresa Ruiz Pedersen from International Family Coaching explains how our beliefs, habits, and even emotional wounds can be shaped by the world we live in. Learn how to recognize which traumas are truly yours and which are copied from others.

💡 Exercise: Write down at least 25 traumas or negative thoughts that came from programs, media, or people you’ve interacted with over the last 5–10 years. Take time to reflect and become emotionally smarter than yesterday.
